I've been day on, day off since thur, so behind a few days than I could be. So D6 L2 tonight. I'm doing 11 days on each level, due to doing 11 days level 1 as I didn't want to progress to l2 one night when I was super tired.

I'm a bit behind (feeling demotivated and lazy lol) so L2 D6 tonight. I'd have to say it's those V raises and squats too. And the move where you do some raises then go straight into planking (can't remember exactly, possibly lv3 cardio?). I'm shaking at that point.

I have a confession :| I've been lazy. I did it Thursday. Didn't on Friday. Did on Sat morn with every intention of catching up for lack of Fri on Sat evening. Didn't happen. Didn't do it Sunday. So, day on, day off. Planks, I used to like you. I hate you now. I'm on D6 tonight. Argh, falling behind!

zomg yes. Brett Mckenzie and Jemaine Clemett. Felecia Day. I prefer Howard to Sheldon these days. Sheldon is just too ... well they're relying on him too much IMO for jokes and they're just lame now. He used to be my star. But now I love Howard.

Me too. I was staring at my scales yesterday and weighed in. Was the same. (I usually weigh in on Mondays). I've gone back to my starting weight for when I joined. Quite annoyed. Sure, I've had some over cals eating days, but not that awfully. Sigh. Please Jillian! Lizard face my fat away!

I haven't actually started turbo jam yet. Finding there just really isn't any space in my flat! I honestly don't know how anyone can be on 1200 cals. I would die of starvation ;) Wow so I just looked on a cal counter site (I just used the MFP one when I started and I am on too little cals! no wonder I'm always hungry! lol

Also in the boat with you guys. No change weight wise (except gaining!) or measurements. Bf says my arms are more muscley. I say he's lying :p He also thinks my legs are thinner. Not gonna stop. Gonna try get up in mornings (OH GOD!) and do turbo jam as well.

I'm thinking I may get up in the morning to do either turbo jam or 30DS and do the alternate at night. It's just such miserable and cold horrible winter weather atm. Just want to stay in bed.
