Did L1D10 last night! Did the cardio without any breaks for the FIRST TIME! So happy. And bf noticed I was doing better. And holy crapamoley I even did the side lunge arm raises without stopping. Never done that cos they are too hard. Starting L2 tomorrow as going out with the girls tonight.

SO GOOD TO HEAR!!! I gained 2kgs last week and I know people have said that's what happens but ^ yay. I'm on D10 tonight if I don't do kickboxing tonight. Got up at 6.30 yesterday to do D8 and did D9 last night. Was gonna get up this morning but cuddling was better ^_^

Rampant sex? lol I may be keen on it (both the aforementioned and the challenge ;-)) I'll be doing 30DS tomorrow morning and kickboxing tomorrow night ... as well as walking to and from work. That will get me my 1200 cals burned. But I eat 1450. I can't do 1200.

I'm not a morning person either, but I got up and did it! It took me half an hour after my alarms went off and cuddling was much better, but I did it! So much nicer to get in the shower too! May do it again tomorrow morning!

I'll still weigh in once a week and do my measurements each time I go up a level for 30DS I think. Or maybe just at the end of 30DS. I don't want to be disheartened ;)

I'm the same. Gained 2kgs. Haven't taken measurements cos sure they are the same. But going to keep on at it! Did L1D8 this morning. Will do another tonight. Unsure whether to count it as D9 or just another workout.

Yeah it's not too bad. I find I stop every now and then (mostly in between the cardio lol) for a quick catch of breath or water) but it's for about 5 seconds then continue. The pace is that so you do rest during strength and it's not so breath catching the whole way through. Got up this morning early to do day 8. Will do…

Water done. Exercise not done and cals over (sorry. Was celebrating with boyfriend. Will make it up today with extra exercise. Have already done 30DS this morning and doing dancing tonight for 3hours and another round of 30DS/daily challenge when get home).

I never got into drinking it lots, but I should. A guy at my WW meeting when I used to go took supplements. Found he lost 4kgs in the first week. Didn't do anything for me ;)

^ what she said. I lost 26kgs on old plan. Tried new plan for a month. Found they were too generous. Didn't lose a thing. Also didn't like having to relearn everything and pay a lot of money for it!

As I said, I can contribute 10 miles a week. I will note down extra mileage here. So yesterday I did an extra 1.5 miles. Today, an extra .5 so far. I'll get onto my exercise challenge for the evening too.

Made these the other night for partner's family roast. Went down a hit! Mix very heaped 2 tbsp of nutella with 2 very heaped tbsp of butter in a saucepan. Watch or it will burn. I think if you're going to eat McD's, you're going to eat McD's. Fries and all. Apples and healthy stuff if optional here. Even have WW points. But the salads are so foul and over priced. Give me a cheeseburger any day.
