I'm entering and relying on calorie count on MFP/ignoring what FitBit says about my remaining calories. However, I'm now using the FitBit app and ChargeHR exercise tracker to estimate my calorie burn and not entering those on MFP.

Make sure your protein intake is high enough.

I agree with what others have said. In addition to post-workout cleansing, I clean my face pre-workout so makeup, etc., isn't clogging my pores as I'm sweating. I use pre-moistened facial towelettes to make it easy.

I would recommend changing your exercise regimen to include more high-intensity cardio. While walking is good exercise, you would shed more fat (everywhere) by adding intervals (running or jogging for a minute or two, then walking for a minute or two). It will get your heart rate up higher, which has all kinds of benefits.…
