First check in: Original Weight: 212 December Starting Weight: 173 Ultimate Goal: 150 December 2: 171.8 Can't find my original post, forget if starting weight was 173 or 174. Either way, it is down. YAY!

Two more miles today. Having a slow start, but not stopping. I have also signed up for a 4-mile race on January 1 to start the year off right.
-
Frustrating - cannot get ticker to work. Oh well!
-
Can't get ticker to show my added miles. So, I guess I will just put it in here til I figure it out. 5 miles into my 75 goal.
-
My goal is 25 lbs by February, so I would like to lose 15 lbs by New Years. February is my anniversary date with TOPS, and I would reachy my goal weight so I can become a TOPS. I have lost 38 so far.
-
Ha, I figured it out. (I think) Made my ticker above, with my little gray cat on it. Yay.

I have been slack in my running, so I want in. I will start small - how about 75 miles for the month? Also will try to set up a ticker.

You might want to think about getting out of this relationship. Abusers don't have to hit you to be abusive. Separating you from friends and family, telling you that only his opinion matters, getting upset if you do your hair - all serious warning signs. If he won't go to a therapist, get yourself there, so you can make…

I am on a paleo diet, so I am careful to eat that kind of protein bar. I love Caveman bars, particularly blueberry. I also really like RX bars, and Kit's Organic Cashew Bars (which come from Clif). I eat them as a meal, mostly breakfast, not as a snack.

Weight today - 183. On the way!

I am in. I only have about 25 or 30 left to go, so this would be a great motivator! SW 185 CW 185 GSW 155 to 160

I am in! I have lost 23 lbs, need probably another 23. I am also checking in with a few other sites, but the more accountability, the better. Love your handle, needalife!

Now that I am below 200, and hurray - below 190, I will never, ever go there again. People - if I can do it, I seriously say that anyone can. Keep up the good work.
-
Get a fitbit or a garmin and start walking. Once you start, it will be easier to add other things. You can do this.
-
So happy for everyone that is creeping up on 199. Keep the faith. B)
-
So funny, I went shoe shopping, and apparently have even lost weight in my feet. Down a 1/2 size. I love onderland, and will never leave it again. Now to get the rest off, want to lose another 25, then we will see. :)
-
Five more lbs and I will be below 190. This is great! I am working so hard, and I know everyone else will make it also.
-
I will never see 200 again - so happy!
-
I was very pleased today, went to my TOPS meeting, expected to be the same as last week. But I had lost a lb. Every loss is a good one, so I will take it. Trying to lose 7 lbs this month to say goodbye to the 190s. Paleo is really working for me. Love it.
-
I am so pleased. I think everyone is doing so well. Pretty soon everybody will be saying goodbye to the 200s.
-
My Garmin account told me I was very inactive on Saturdays. Haha, I showed it this weekend. Love my vivofit, and love that I am now under 200 lbs again. Hurray.
-
Loving the fact that I will never see 200 again. Now, on to never seeing 190 again. Yay, I am on a roll.
-
So happy to be under 200, even by just two pounds. But I am working hard this week for my next goal, 195. Don't worry, shinycrazy. Soon as you get your hormones back in order, the weight will disappear! Yay. :)
-
Ernest, I tried to find you on Garmin, but I couldn't. If you would like to connect, I am Izzybelle2013. Hope you do.
-
I love my vivofit 2, and am looking for new friends. Will add you to mine now. :)
-
Arrggghh. I put in a post and it disappeared. So - will start again. Sorry, I just saw your post. You can go onto Garmin express, and add "challenges" to your dashboard. Then you can look up challenges, or make your own. I am on 75,000 steps a week, 10,000 steps a day, and I started my own of 3,000,000 miles. I hope by now…

So sorry, just saw your post. You can go onto existing challenges by adding "challenges" to your dashboard, and then taking a look at what is available. Or you can make your own challenge. I am on 75,000 steps a week, 10,000 steps a week, and I have made my own which is 3,000,000 steps. If you join challenges, then people…

Good luck, I know you can do it. I was working on my mother of the bride dress, and think I will be ready by May. We can do it.
