Order the sauce on the side - it takes so many calories off of the Maple Glazed chicken! I don't know the numbers but a piece of grilled chicken is pretty low in calories. They do have a nice low calorie menu too, which I found out is in the beverage menu on the table. I am not a big seafood fan but I can eat some fish.
