ive had the lime-a-rita! I am not sure about the calorie content but definitely has more sugar and A LOT more sodium which could cause you to bloat. (they are so yummy though)

I love almonds, kettle corn (only 15 cals a cup!) laughing cow lite cheese (35cals) and I love just snacking on turkey lunch meat. 3 slices are usually around only 50-60 calories. hummus & veggies as well.

I love veggies, but a good way to hide them is to make fruit smoothies and add them in. You can add practically any veggie into a smoothie and you cant even taste it. I agree, I don't think its just counting calories, I think most diets fail just because people don't stick with them.
