Im 5'5 and I would like to be 120 but currently I am about 143 ish

Im 5'5 and 140 I am NOT happy with it. BUT i do think it depends on the person. All of my fat goes to my boobs and stomach. So personally I think i need to lose about 10 lbs then I would be happy.

On my lunch break instead of sitting in the break room or just leaving in my car and driving around. I actually leave and go to the nearest trail and run/walk.. If I dont feel like running that day I at least will walk the trail. Then on my way back stop and get a small salad instead of fast food ugh lol.. oh and I drink…
