I like the cardio portion the best. The last strength exercise, side lunges, was really difficult. What weights are you carrying?

Hi Sophie, I just started it yesterday too. But since I regularly go to the gym, I did not find level 1 very challenging. I think I may do level 1 couple of days more and then move on to level 2. However I am shorter and heavier than you are :(. I shall add you soon. Thanks, Tilo
