I am in it to use it for what it's meant for...tracking! i can't do weight watchers anymore, they keep changing the program and simple tracking of calories and exercise and FREE help is great!

i thought i was doing pretty good with my weight at one point and someone asked me if i was pregnant!! not cool! i have yet to be pregnant and for someone to say that was really a knock down to my self esteem!

Even though it's a difficult week each day is a fresh start and I try and think how proud my parents will be when they see me at christmas ten lbs thinner!!! I also try to think about how nice it would be to hear people say, "hey you look like you've lost weight!" that makes a difficult week better to get through for me!

Im in my early 30's but don't plan on having children, I have 2 cats and a dog and I love it! I hope I can qualify for this group as I would love to be in the "no kids" and it's ok category for inspiration and support!

As a former weight watcher I like the 10 lb goal, but I also found just a goal of 1lb or 2 a week helped me not feel so intimidated to lose those stubborn 10 lbs! I hope this helps get everyone to christmas in a healthy way!

I avoided a box of gourmet chocolates and 2 packages of halloween sugar cookies and monday I avoided my favorite cake that we had at work for a birthday!
