You can get them on you tube. Level 1and 2 anyway, I haven't gotten to level 3 ....yet

The yogalates series is really good.
-
I do Les Mills RPM two or three times a week, it's exhausting but good.
-
I changed my exercise, I now cycle and spin instead of the high impact aerobics I was doing when pf flared up first time. Stretching is really important with pf, see a podiatrist as suggested above.

What weights are you using, maybe you're starting too high? Reduce weight and keep trying! It is tough.
-
How do you feel about yoga? I like the yogalates videos, they are quite long but are in sections so you can break it down into nap sized chunks. Not really high intensity, but I really feel it next day.

Do some exercise to burn some calories then eat some more

My husband and I take it in turns to go out and exercise after our child goes to bed. OH runs, I go to fitness classes. It's not easy finding classes that late but they are out there. If I don't have to work at home in the evenings on OHs running day I will sometimes do a home workout from youtube. Plus I use my 30 minute…

We get them from Asda, which unfortunately doesn't help you. So my suggestion is to try venison sausages as they are also healthier than traditional sausages. And you can get those on some butchers too.

Fitness blender and 30 day shred for me, both on youtube
-
This applies to me too, I want to lose 30 lbs (again!). Feel free to friend me.
-
From Swindon, feel free to add me. I also want to lose at least 2 stone.
-
I am also a 5'4" pear and I am finding that spinning is really helping with my "saddlebags" which is my big problem area.
-
I didn't get stretch marks during pregnancy but I did get them from losing a load of weight ten years ago.....
-
Another forty something here

I don't know of anything you can do whilst working but certainly you can do stuff in your breaks. For example doing tricep dips or press ups every time you visit the loo, or doing a quick youtube workout (30day shred) in your lunch break. It works ok doing this stuff when working from home as there is no one to see you!

I weigh every Monday. Keeps me on the straight and narrow over the weekend!
-
I lost two pounds so happy with that. Didn't eat well last week, although kept below my calorie target. For example lunch on Friday was a custard doughnut (and a rumbly tummy all afternoon). Got a big night out this Friday which could blow my weeks result.
-
30 minute swim at lunchtime today.
-
I go to an abs class weekly and, other than planks, the exercise I feel a lot the next day is a crunch with one leg extended straight out and raised along with the arm. I also have a yogalates DVD that has an instant abs section and that is really tough (if you can get hold of it)

Walked 2 miles at lunchtime. Did 45 mins of spinning class this evening.
-
I am on 1200 a day and it's ok for me. I had planned to increase to 1400 after the first stone but haven't as I'm feeling ok with it. I eat a treat with leftover cals most evenings, it motivates me to be good (I.e. if I eat that now I won't gave enough cals left for a chocolate digestive tonight)

Today I spent three hours chasing around after my three year old at a birthday party, then washed the car. Can't really log that but I know I have been way more active than most Sundays so that is a good thing.
-
When I hurt my back the doctor and Physio both suggested swimming for me. But really you need a medical opinion I would say.
-
Two pound lost this week, I am happy with that.
-
Not much for me today, just a 30 min walk (2 miles) at lunchtime. But better than sitting on my a....!
-
Half an hour of swimming during my lunch break.
-
I stayed the same this week which is a bit disappointing. But weight loss is not linear. Today I am wearing a pair of trousers that have been too tight to wear for months to make myself feel better.
-
I'm in Wiltshire if that's any good.

That's a lot of things to have tried in just three weeks, not sure you have stuck with anything long enough to see the results?
