my uncle has used it he is on day 80 something and lost over 30 lbs.... I start my 90 day challenge tomorrow with the shakes .. I think they taste good. there is a lot of recipies on pinterest and on visalus website. my two other aunts have also lost a lot of weight using it and kept it off after they quit using it.
