? Not so sure on the reasoning of having to cut sugar and carbs...it wont sold the issue at all. I highly doubt a Dr used these words. You need to learn how to eat with moderation, including carbs and sugar. Cutting something and taking that drastic of a approach is always were people make their first mistake.

Ya I'm a water hog too...I have those contigo water bottles and I easily drink 5-6 of those a day. They are 24 oz. I don't drink any other liquids besides the water, and my BIG cup of coffee in the morning.

All these months were I have been jogging or brisk walking on treadmill for 55 mins every day or every second day..I have felt totally fine after, no discomfort. No longer have puffy swollen fingers during the summer, I hate that feeling :) being able to sit and cross my legs at the knees I know its not the healthiest way to sit but its nice to actually be able to now that the fat is gone.

I'd have to agree, I've done both long term no scale, and long term with scale. Currently just bought another scale. Since it does matter if you buy cheap or not. I find digital last way longer. The cheapo 10 dollar wind up ones with no effort get over turned and stop weighing accurately cause you can't zero them out…
