Can you break up your meal and eat part of it as a late afternoon snack? EG if you're gonna have a soup or a rice pilaf maybe bring it in a thermos / Tupperware and microwave it at work at around 5pm. Like this you're not starving by the time you sit down to dinner, and also you're eating less of a heavy meal late at night.

Exactly!! Sometimes I see it went up one morning, but then the next morning it will be back down. So I don't get upset that it went up a drop - but don't record it either!

I'm a bit confused. This is my newie-ness showing, I guess, but why is it bad if the milk comes from fat stores? Doesn't that help you lose wweight and be healthier? My baby is 6mo and still EBF. I'd like to keep on that as long as she'll let me;) Any advice welcome!
