Hi, I hard boil eggs and have one in the morning with a greek yogurt or cottage cheese cup. The protein keeps me full till lunch. Just make sure you are getting the low fat ones. If I am really hungry I add berries to the yogurt or mandarin oranges to the cottage cheese. I also go through the drive through and get my…
