Wait.... When you say shove it in your face do you mean they actually serve you a plate and hand it to you or are you just referring to it being there? If the former, you may want to start bringing a couple larger bottles of water to work with you if you can't resist the treats in the kitchen.

I weigh my self in the morning every 3 days. So far I've seen steady loss that way. I think if I waited the whole week I'd be constantly checking the scale in between weigh days.

Since I'm still at the beginning of this I hope to be 175. So about 25 pounds. But I won't be discouraged if I'm in the 180's.

I had 4 pieces of pizza on Halloween! O.o I know right? But I don't regret it and logged it. I knew it was coming. My work served pizza at lunch. I grabbed the two skinniest cheese and didn't eat the crust. Then I went over to my parents to help with passing out candy and had two sausage with a side salad. I never touched…
