I got off of drinking reg. coke to diet then switched to coffee. I never liked coffee before but now I have a cup in the morning and in the evening and I love it, cant even take a sip of coke now!!!!

I have been slowing down since losing almost 70 lbs. I started June 07 at 209 For the past month I have been between 145-140 Today I weighed in at 141.0 So I will keep trying my goal is 125 lbs by my youngest sons 2nd birthday July 31st I have 16 lbs to go:smokin:

The 140s must be a problem for most. I have been at 143 - 140 for 3 weeks now up and down but I cant seem to get to the 130s. me too!!! I have lost 69 lbs so far but have another 15 to go. The first 65 were sorta easy coming off now it is really really difficult, my body is holding on to it tightly!!!!

I was just about to say the same thing. Weight training. A trainer at the gym I have been going to told me if I wanted to get over my plateau that I should stop cardio, which Ididnt but I cut back from 60 mins to 20 mins and I have gotten over my plateau and lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Which is pretty good since I am so close…

you will get there. I started off at size 20 last June and I am in a size 6/8 now. I would try them on now and see how far you have to go so when you get there you will feel 10 times better. I eat my fiber one bar for carb energy before my workout and I have my protein shake after to help with building the muscles.

my current weight this morning was 142.8 thank God, I had about a month of no weight loss and no this week alone I have lost 5 lbs, so I am happy. Total lbs lost 67 lbs 17 more to go!!!

I work out at the local Y and one of their trainers said to stop the cardio for two months and just do weight training, but I am thinking that is not right, what to do? Well I really wouldnt care if I gain muscle weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. I dont see on there anything about gaining weight, the manager at Vitamin World told me no you wont gain "fat"weight taking this. Just remember if you can lose 30 lbs in 45 days then you can also gain that 30 lbs back in 45 days. I would rather lose 1 lb a week and know that in the future if I have an off week that I should only gain back about a pound not almost 10!! Do you see where I am coming from???? Courtney

I have another 21 lbs to lose and hopefully I will achieve that either June or July. It would be awesome to hit it by June 18 since that is when I started losing, so that would be 84 lbs in one year. Not to bad!!!

We just got an Austrilian Shepherd this Sun will be 4 weeks, he is 3 months old and we named him Tucker. He is a handful. I have a 3 year and 1 year old sons and the puppy is harder to take care of then them.
