Im 133 right now and 5'6. my ultimate goal is in the 120's just because i want a bf% of under 20%. so with no muffin and no jiggle thats ultimately where i will be. i just started weight training and jump roping with a daily exercise every day! i love new friends, feel free to add anyone!!!

my starting weight was about 170, i'm currently right over 130, but its not about the weight as much, now ive started weight training and toning. my ultimate goal is to wear jeans and a tank top, nothing else, and not hang over my pants, no muffin at all. <3

youre not going to get BIGGER thighs by working out... unless you take it past the point where they look trim and toned.... then yes, to a point... but muscly and toned is sexy!!! accept the squats, lunges, and workout machines that will tone those bad boys up!!! i've been working on them! and its awesome!! no more jiggles!

i had the same problem with my old scale... it would read 3 completely different weights within like 3 minutes. ridiculous. give in and buy a new scale!!! i bought the weight watchers, its a glass scale that gives bf% and bmi and everything, about 40$, and totally worth it, i LOVE IT. its so nice to have consistency.…

i am on day 67 of 130 day program. down 10.8 pounds since january 21st, goal day is may 31st, i have a 1000 calorie a day deficit and workout 3 times a day, plus insanity in the am. i went from 163 to (!!!) 128.
