and i read that article the day that i started this website, and found it very insightful... but it think situations are a lot different, depending on if you have been putting on weight for long amounts of time, or if it was because of a trauma or pregnancy or surgery

well ive looked it up and i'm losing weight quickly because i had a VERY complicated pregnancy, i gain over 80 pounds before i got to the hospital... and another 50 while there because of multiple surgeries... i eat very healthy and like the 1200 calories, and i know that if i do somehow go over, its nothing to dread...…

actually i just got it last week. its still healing and was pretty sensitive, and the procedure wasnt all that much fun, but all in all, i like it. no worries for 5 years!

i cant breastfeed because of the trauma of the surgeries, it stopped the milk from coming in, and yes i always weigh at the same time, i know i'm not eating enough, i just cant fathom eating another 800 calories today...

its supposed to be as close to your goal as possible. the website already takes account for normal day to day activity and such. the point of GOAL is to be matched to NET. Which is the number of calories you consumed - the number of calories you burnt off while exercising

i workewd at jack in the box for 3 years and that is a CROCK. they tell you its 350 calories, but in all actuallity, they are cooking it on the SAME GRILL in the SAME GREASE as the fatty burgers and such. trust me, once it sits and cooks in the grease, its NOT 350 calories.
