You have done an amazing job! You are an inspiration. You may need a smaller suit though :) Thank you for sharing.

I keep Tic Tac's around in case I'm under by a couple of calories ;)

Great job! You're on a roll; there's no stopping you now!

Best of luck to you. You can do this! The formula for success is simple (calorie deficit) but It's not easy. Use MFP to log everything and you can find great inspiration in these forums. I'll be rooting for you.

If I can do it; you can do it. Good luck! I'll be rooting for you.

Don't add me. I'm still not over the fact that you deleted me before.

I do not like to eat alone in public. Originally it was because I was self conscious about my weight. Maybe that'll change once my brain realizes I'm not that heavy any more.
-
If I didn't, I wouldn't have anything to play with.
-
Just stay focused on the things you can control like the fact that you are doing GREAT!

People will see you as you are in your current state. How you will see yourself is what's really interesting to me. I still, at times, make decisions not to do something, like attempt to tie my shoe in public, because I'm too fat to do it. Though I have been able to comfortably do it for months.

Chicken. For whoever is next, you're welcome for the easy one :)

I've consumed 96 oz of Diet Coke today. Most days, I drink at least 36 ounces.

That's exactly what I do. If I know I'll be going high one or two days, I "save" calories. I make sure my weekly average is equal to my daily goal. I don't know if it's good or bad, but it's been working for me and I feel great.

You expressed, so beautifully, some of the same challenges I have faced while losing a lot of weight. The weight comes off faster than my mind can adjust. I still think like I'm my old heavier self. Thank you for posting and being inspirational.

I find it most difficult when I travel for business. Often, I don't have control of when and where I eat or workout. It takes maximum willpower to realize that I still control what and if I eat or workout.

Great job! Very inspirational story, but I came for the Pictures?
