I ate about 6 mini heath bars, 1 pb cup, caramel apple sucker, 1 lemon air head, 1 mini snicker.....I think that's it:bigsmile:

I took it in the past, but I really never changed my eating habits, so I gained all of the weight back.

I always use ground turkey, onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, one can of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes ( in the can) and 2 pks of great value chili seasoning. It's quick, easy, and goooooooooood:)

Hey, I'm 5"8 and I started out at 275, now I'm 266. I've gotten down to 220 in the past and I was stuck there. I change up my workout and I still couln't get over the hump. I eventually started to do no carbs, that was the only way to get down to 200. Oh well!! I'm back at it again and working out at least 4 days a week.…
