I am trying to get more fruits and veggies. My doctor suggests 5-10 servings a day. I didn't realize how difficult that is to actually accomplish. Well I only did 6 miles last week. I did a 3.5 mile hike yesterday. My goal is to get closer to 10 this week.

So yesterday I did good on calories and water. I didn't end up going for a run. My legs were sore from Tuesday's run. Today's goals include Go for a run( done) Watch calories Drink lots of water Finish getting all my steps. I didn't quite accomplish that on my run. Enjoy the sun even if I just eat lunch outside today.

I am up 2 lbs this week. Way to much just no food and not nearly enough sleep or exercise. Hopefully will do better this upcoming week.

My goals for the week are 1) To stay in my calories preferably a bit under. 2) To get 3-4 runs in( I am going to start training for a half marathon) 3) Stay away from sweets last week was an over kill with them. 4)Drink my water 5) get my goals set at work
