Do you have a weight that you could place on the scales, like a 10 lb dumbbell? I'd use that and adjust the scales according to the reading.

Have you guys continued with PTF? I'm loving my first week. So convenient and easy. Going out, it'd be easy to follow the program by just ordering meat and steamed veggies.
