i've lost 29 pounds since jan 2nd, slow but steady. I've been doing herbalife. and god knows, i've tried each and every diet and personal trainer there is but herbalife is the best one thus far. I usually do a protein shake 30 minutes before work out. gives energy and stops hungry stomach all at once
