Yeah, it's a rough schedule to be on. I have been on this schedule for over a year and am still battling with the weight...but truth be told, I don't think it is the shift....but the lack of effort on my part when I am awake. Trying to hit the gym 5 days a week....some weeks are better than others!

Really have to love "lunch" at 3am. Work the 3rd shift 4 nights a week...the other 3 nights I screw the routine up so I am always trying to catch up!
