no i cannot ride horse anymore. i keep trying but i can't stay on because my balance is shot, and the pain is so intense.

yes i have, and they basically said walking and swimming but swimming is out cause of the cold and with no income i cannot get to a pool. i was kinda hoping there were some exercises i could do standing up or laying on my sides. as i cannot lay on my back or stomach.

I can kind of swim. not well. but with it getting cold lakes are out and i have no income at the present so pools are out too

thanks. i have talked to drs. and they cannot fix my back or they wont i should say. they wont fuse it because i'm only 26 and they wanted to install a spinal cord stimulator, but unfortunately my insurance refuses to cover it and i cannot afford the procedure, so i'm kinda stuck with the pain, and taking the pain pills,…
