Went in June with the family a few years ago and it was hot and humid, with small little brief rain spells. It was perfect enough to cool it off. Would definately go again at that time. Way better than MN weather then

This posting was so timely for me. Today is my son's Bday and we are having Chinese take out and I was trying to think of the healthiest option becuase I will also be having a piece of cake. Think I'm going to go for the steamed chicken and veggies with no sauce or on the side and no rice. Thanks!:wink:

Yes! I don't use them as a filler, but more for the fiber. I mix 2 scoops in my oatmeal every morning. I do stay full for about 4 hours tho. The health benefits are amazing. They are virtuely low cal, but the fiber amt is the same as carbs. About 10 g! And with 6 g of protein too! They are spendy , but to me so worth it.…

When I chose to have a drink I either go for a wine or a mix of vodka and 1 part club soda and 1 part ocean spray DIET cranberry juice. It is only about 100 calories per drink and quite refreshing. Good Luck!
