  • I don't trust their calorie counts (or a HRM counts either)... just my opinion. I think they are a valuable tool to measure improvement... for ex... today the machine reads I burned 10 more calories than yesterday (on same machine/same amt of time). Sorry if you don't find this helpful.

  • Well, I am newer to this site, and I don't mean to put out any medical advise or offend anyone... But, have you been checked for PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome with insulin resistance?)? It makes losing weight very slow, but it can be done. I am at the beginning of my journey and I have PCOS. I am sorry if I am way off…
