I have a 10 year old girl. I need to lose 100 lbs. I am starting fresh. My plan is to eat more veggies and reduce carbs and dairy. I also want to ride my bike more.

I'm in, but late. Current weight: 270 Goal weight by Feb 14th: 245 Shooting for 25 lbs. I am hoping it'll fall of quickly in these first weeks. Challenge for this week no alcohol or sugar.
