This is sooooo very true: plus your body hits plateaus where you kind of stall out… You defiantly need to eat more – if you body thinks your starving it won’t let anything go. You may also need to change up your food or work out. If you always walk try swimming, or take an aerobics class.

thank you soooooo much for the motivation.... I am needing to loose over 200lbs and everytime i think long term i feel like this will never happen... I have to look at it in the smaller picture but knowing it can be done (w/o surgery or pills) really helps motivate me... I printed your tips and have hung them on my desk...…

Keep your head up Clover... I know its hard to not feel what our friends are going through but you have to be healthy in order to care for others. Carry some fruit with you, apples especially will give you energy and pep you up. If you are a woman of faith then pray - what ever your faith whom ever you God lean on them...…

You can get close by putting in the ingredients in to the data base, you go to the Food tab and select Recipe from the blue band.
