I just used http://www.nutritiondata.com for the first time today for a Chili recipe.

Ebkins - That looks delicious! Thanks for sharing. I'm going to make this tomorrow night.

I like Shredded Wheat and eat it almost everyday for breakfast or a snack.

i used this recipe last week. I found it on allrecipes.com and it was pretty good. I watch my sodium so I added Mrs. Dash instead of the salt and low sodium chicken broth, and no brandy in my house so I used apple juice. I also added garlic and some thyme and marjoram. Being the lazy cook that I am, I put it in the…

The amount of sodium is ridiculous in a lot of prepared and canned foods. I came across a book called "The Secret to Skinny" about a 4 months ago and while I haven't followed the diet in the book, it makes a lot of sense. I've found that if I make myself a pretty little plate of a variety of fruits I feel like I'm getting more bang for my buck. Frozen grapes are great too!

Thank you all for the suggestions!! I completely forgot about swimming. I think I will definitely try that. I do have access to a pool.

I struggle with this too and it's nothing to be ashamed of. It happens to a lot more people than those that talk about it. I have found some relief from taking a vitamin D3 supplement twice a day and hoping it improves the longer I take it. It's hard to be active outside when there's 4 feet of snow piled and it's icy,…
