thanks! i have normal archs not really high and not flat. i should probably get some inserts, i will go buy some along with some wrap for my ankles and knees. I am still trying to get a better run but its hard lol i will keep trying, thanks for the answer :))

After my workout i make and eat my protein shake then i shower. So i have like a 15 -20 min gap between working out an showering. I find it really nice to take a cool (not hot or cold) shower and wash my face after a really good workout. Everyone is different though; some might like to wait to shower while others might…

i know what you mean! LOL i am starving on the way home from work and i find it very difficult to workout like that. I started bringing in 2 meals to work everyday, 1 big lunch and a smaller pre-dinner ( plus snacks) so i eat at 11am and then again at 4pm ( i get off at 5) then again after my workouts ( im a hungry beast).…

one of the guys at my work was telling me not to eat carrots because they are high in sugar and i shouldnt be eating a lot so i wasn't sure if eating too much natural sugar in general is still considered "bad" . thanks for the answer :)

squats, lunges and reverse lunges . The same thing happned to me, i was only running and i lost my butt ! Now i weight lift, squats and lunges and its back and looking better then ever! i still run but its not the only thing i do. good luck :)
