OMG, I am so glad to find this thread! Drinking is such a huge part of my calorie allowance...especially with my husband's help. I'm 5'3"...a giant among women, I know ;) I am 154, started at 161, and would like to get down to 120 or thereabouts. I'm just hitting that lull, so a little mutual encouragement is much needed. :)
