Totally agree! And I think compression wear is awesome especially to reduce muscle soreness and speed up recovery time. I wear them during my training and the recovery ones post training. I get my compression gear from Supacore, they are seamless and a lot more comfortable than others :)

I didn't use to wear compression during exercises - but my personal trainer started to introduce me to it. For smaller exercises I didn't find major differences between wearing compression and not, but I felt the difference quite massively after a very strenuous exercise.
