Vic, thanks so much for keeping up the chart. It looks awsome. This weeks challange I will try change my workout routine. Glad I found you all. I'm 5,7 and my goal is to be a little bit below my pre pregancy weight. at 132. I hope I can do it. Lately work has been stressful and I tent to eat when I'm stressed.
