My Dr. told me that weight loss and quality of sleep are related. I had sleep apnea and failed to sleep deeply, which my Dr. felt was causing a hormone problem in me, preventing me from losing weight. I'm sure it is complex, but that is at least one medical opinion on the subject.

I have found that planning my meals and snacks the night before, then printing them out to follow the next day is what works for me. If I don't do this but just try to keep track as I go through the day I find that I forget about it by dinner time and that I don't stick to any kind of limits. This week I rededicated myself…
