SW - 179 LW - 171 CW - 170 1lb loss this week.. total loss of 9lbs! Pretty happy with that, 1lb shy isn't too bad at all :) Thanks for all the encouragement and motivation throughout the challenge and I will most definitely join the one for april :D :flowerforyou:

Hey guys :) Just wanted to see how everyone is doing on our last week? Do you feel confident that you will reach your goal of 10lbs?? At the minute im stuck at 8lbs and really hope i reach it by friday!! Gonna try and resist the scales now til friday morning!!!!

Ooops forgot to weigh in yesterday! SW - 179 LW - 173.4 CW - 171 (as of friday) 2.4lbs this week..yay! Really happy with that compared to my bad weigh in last week! Been doing good with the exercise too...almost 300 minutes! Hope everyones doing well! Time to knuckle down now...its our last week!! WE CAN DO THIS! :drinker:

Im actually really settled and focused at the minute! And im finding myself just not wanting to eat all the crappy thing. For example... met up with some friends today for a chat and walked to mcdonalds...but didnt get anything! Was quite proud of myself ha :P Hopefully I can keep it up though! Gonna weigh myself on friday…

This is interesting as i do waitressing but only 1-2 days at the weekend. I have been logging it as exercise but not for the entire time working (6-7 hours for example). If im only working 1 day a week part-time surely thats not enough to change my activity level?? What should I do?

Minutes of exercise for this week = 196 :) Quite proud of that...usually im terrible with exercise but this week was great! I was actually looking forward to it each day!

Yeah exactly, just small things that will keep you on track during the week! Like maybe with the exercise we might have to log a certain amount by the end of the week? This week my mini challenge was to log at least 100minutes of exercise...Ive gone way over that though cos im at home this week so trying extra…

Id really recommend getting an ipod/mp3 of some sort (they can be quite cheap). I find they really help me stay going. Personally I go on the treadmill at home and I find when im playing songs I really like i push myself harder and in the end feel so much better. Walking to a good fast beat passes the time so much quicker…

Made a batch of them this evening and....wow!! So yummy! I think I made them too big though cos i could only get about 20 biscuits out of it. BUT it might have been a bad idea to make them.....im eating too many! :bigsmile:
