  • MFP has certainly been a learning experience for me. We went to order Chinese food the other night and I looked up ANY Chinese food that A) I liked and B) was low in calories and voila, there was NOTHING!!!! It's all so high in sodium and calories. So I had an eggroll *sigh*

  • I LOVE breakfast and find if I have a good one, I am not very hungry until after lunch. I don't load up on dinner, just have a lean cuisine or something.   • Loving my Wii Fit Plus. The kids even do it with me. It actually makes them aware of body issues and they encourage me to workout when I might not feel like it. I try to work out everyday for 45 minutes with the step and then watch tv with the free step. Man I can feel those yoga moves,too...ouch!

  • That is EXACTLY how I use Alli and I have never had a problem. I don't take three each day, only one or two and I usually have low fat meals the rest of the day. No gross stuff here.
