Well, didn't do as much as I planned on yesterday....but it's a start! I did get my basement arranged for exercing though so I should be set to go! :drinker:

Oh I try anything and everything in mine....blueberries, bananas, peaches, cinnamon, raspberries, strawberries, whatever you like! Peanut butter is great too! Blackberries....yum!!!

I eat my grapefruit plain, but if it is more sour than you like, add Splenda or a sugar substitue!

Haven't been able to start the 30DS due to my CD player acting up!!!! BUT, I'm doing my workouts...hopefully this weekend I will be able to get this fixed and get started.
