Well, sad to say I didn't get on any machine to log my miles, calories, etc. I did get some physical activity in over the holidays shoveling snow, snow blowing, cleaning etc....which doesn't sound like much but it did help! Anyways, I did workout yesterday and it felt good!!! 12/26/13 4.09 miles

Did a lot of moving around over the weekend but just not on any machines....but anything helps right!

Somewhat disappointed that I didn't do any exercise over the weekend.....but I did Friday and today so this is where I'm at. I need to dedicate time to over the weekend! My elliptical trainer at home doesn't go by miles so it frustrates me and I don't want to do it for that reason......I just need to get on it anyways.
