I eat 1400kcals a day and try to exercise 4-5 times per week. I either do long (2-3hr) walks, aerobics DVD or use my exercise bike. Plus just generally walking everywhere. Yeah I did! I'm not very patient to be honest :S which, I know is something I need to work on! I'm trying to stick to it at least until I go back to work because I'm pretty much sedentary while I'm at home! Maybe it'll have to go up next week :) thanks for the advice

Hi this is my first post here, my stats are; Height: 5'7" Heaviest: 245lbs :( Current: 236lbs Lowest adult weight: approx 140lbs Goal weight: 133lbs Dream weight: 126lbs!! :) Lost 7lbs the last few days somehow without trying and it's spurred me on to go for it properly!!
