  • Great weight loss osufootball! I went ahead and ordered the 10 Minute Trainer.....I really like it so far. I can never find the time for long 30 min to 1 hr routines. I'm finding that with the 10MT that every time I have a few minutes I run to the TV and do one! To me 10 minutes is better than NO minutes. :)

  • What helps me to walk on my treadmill is a soap opera. I record it every day and then watch it when I walk. The story line keeps me interested and the walk does not seem as boring. Good ideas Queenie! Copa Cabana? LOL Now I have that song in my head. :)
  • I feel like that alot. Sometimes I give in to it and eat.....then feel guilty later! I really need to find something else to turn to besides the food. So hang in there rspen! Hope your day gets better. :)
  • My favorite way to fix pork chops is to grill them. I marinade them using the McCormick Grill Mates Zesty Herb packet for several hours. (All the McCormick dry marinades are really good - you mix with water, vinegar and oil) Just don't grill them too long or they do dry out...
