I also just started this program. Yesterday was my first day and...OUCH!! I can see how the routine can get boring over and over but at least the exercises are pretty basic ones that I actually enjoy. My big question is, how do you log it on MFP?

I use 1/2 cup skin milk and 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt then add whatever fruit I think sounds good! I'll add some peanut butter or protein powder if I want some extra protein.

Sounds like you have the support, it's just unfortunately not with your sister or your mom (fully). I agree with other comments, drop them like the 50 lbs. you dropped! Here is my issue. I have good days and bad days. So if I eat really healthy all day and only get around 1200 calories and then I eat more like 2000 the next day wouldn't it all average out? No one can take in the exact same amount of calories everyday unless they at the same things everyday. Maybe setting the goal at 1200…

One tip that helps me is I have a glass of water by my bed. When you wake up in the morning your body is dehydrated and it makes you feel more tired.
