4.5 miles today!! .25 warm up, 4 mile jog/walk and .25 cool down. I believe that puts me IN THE GREEN!!!!! At least for the day-good way to start the month!! 6 out of 40 to date

I feel like the days are just flying by! At least we still have a good chunk of the month left. Adding 1 mile warm-up before strength from this morning. Gotta start picking up my pace to make goal!

Alright here it goes...I signed up for a 10K first week of June :o This will be my first race longer than a 5K and I am super nervous. I am upping my goal to 40 (eek) miles this month, even though I have struggled to hit my old go-to of 25 because I really need the push to train for this 10K....Heres to new experiences!!

I've had a great 2 days mileage-wise! So happy my gym was open yesterday even with the snow and I was able to get on the treadmill. 3 miles for yesterday, 1 mile this morning as a warmup before strength training. Total for the month is 18.75. Getting closer to goal, might make it!!

Oh my lord, I think I never posted for December! It was a terrible month (moving-my-*kitten*-wise) for me. Sticking to my previous goal of 25 miles, I have two 2.5 runs on my notepad from earlier in the month and on Sunday (12/28) took the dogs for a 2 mile walk. Total for the month is 7 miles out of 25.
