30 for me for October please! So excited, this past weekend I dug my bike out of my parents shed and my boyfriend and I bought new helmets! Plan to get in some beautiful fall bike rides and hit my goal this month!

August was...a tough month. A lot of stressful circumstances really knocked me off track. Fall is looking good though, ready for a reboot and kickin *kitten* in September!

Put me down for 40 miles in June please! 6/2/15-4 miles 6/3/15-.5 mile warm up before strength training 6/4/15-3 miles 6/5/15-.5 mile warm up before strength training 6/7/15-6.2 miles...MY FIRST 10K!!!! It was an awesome experience, I wish I had trained more consistently but I'm happy with my run.

adding .5 mile for Friday 3.20 and I ran a 5K on Saturday!! Of course it was snowing so the roads were awfully slippery, but it was still a great time. With the race and my warm-up/cool-down laps I'm adding 3.5 for saturday.
