7/01 - 3 miles
7/02 - 7/05: 12 miles walking, 12 miles biking
7/06 - 4 miles
7/07 - 4 miles walking, 2 miles biking (+ weight lifting!)
7/08 - 4 miles (+ yoga)
7/08 - 4 miles walking, 8 miles biking
7/09 - 7/14: 31 miles walking
7/15 - 4 miles walking, 2 miles biking
7/16 - 6 miles
7/17 - 7/20: 12 miles walking, 21 miles biking
7/21 - 4 miles walking (+ yoga)
7/22 - 4 miles walking (+ yoga)
7/23 - 5 miles walking (+ yoga)
7/24 - 7/26: 10 miles (+ lots of yoga over the weekend!)
7/27 - 5 miles walked + yoga

Oh boy I just realized I haven't updated on here in a long time...What a crazy month but I've been keeping track of my miles in my health notebook, total for the month was 19.5 out of 30

@clepant thank you for thinking of me! No new news yet, my MRI isn't until Aug 15. But it is feeling better, no sharp pains, but also not running yet so we shall see!0

7/30- 8.51 miles walking/biking
Total to date - 199.12 of 160 miles
Dave- those are great numbers! I always like to look back at the past few months to see the progress I've made in different areas (improving food intake nutrition, increasing activity etc.) because I know the scale is not always my friend, but if I can still see some type of improvement, I'm not as discouraged
@clepant- I'll be sure to tell my husband that the hours required by my friend's group may not be the same requirements for him - he was put off by the large hour commitment she had to make. It would be great to have a master garden in the house (or should I say- in the "yard"?)0 -

Excelled myself today with London walk and local this evening 8.2 miles meaning ttd is 112.55 miles for the month a PB0

After running Wednesday night, I figured yoga would probably do me more good yesterday than spin class, even though I would have liked the spin miles. Walked 7 miles today to finish with 107.1/1000
