    5.8 mile run/walk after my weekend of annoying shifts. I had actually intended to go run on the treadmill on my way home from work (I swear!) but it was the monthly staff meeting. I teleconferenced the mind-numbingly boring thing while I drove 13 miles home, went to the grocery store, hit the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru for coffee, unpacked all the groceries and landed in my bedroom. I lost some brain cells on Aisle 3.

    Took a well deserved rest day today. Went to my chiropractor for a much needed treatment on my back. She was on vacation for a week and I was gone for a week, so two weeks since last treatment. She says everything is looking good, though still a ways to go.

    Walked w/DDD then by myself then got on the recumbent and watched some Grimm then went to the gym. It was a full day!!

    @Dave: 1800 miles in 4 days...hmmmm....you are probably right, Aug. for sure. I am going to push for another 30 to 40 before the month is over.
