I got a lunch walk in this afternoon and a nearly all "running" interval run in this evening after work! Never mind that a snail could've passed me :laugh: but I only had to take two quick recovery walks tonight. That's progress.

Hey! Give yourself credit. The majority of people in the US wouldn't have even walked at lunch. You have the cajones to go walk instead of sit in the office and suck down some grease bomb burger. You're doing GREAT! Besides, I saw the snail on Monster's University. I bet you were faster than that.0 -
