    March 18: It was hammer time today. 21.45 Miles (17 cycling and 4.45 walking) Threw in an hour of weight lifting to top it off. Feeling the burn...kinda like this guy.

    I'm glad many of you are getting spring weather at last. I got up at 5 am today to do my long run before it got hot here. 20 miles down - woohoo! And that makes ..... goal. Where's the grease bomb hamburger? I earned it!

    YES! 14 laps per mile, like a hamster on a wheel, but still better than a dreadmill or the cold rain I was faced with yesterday!
