    Two days of torrential rain and a heavy windstorm. Two days of curling up with a book and braving the elements taking short walks (one walk in a huge mall). But today, back in the nice breezy weather, great day to get on my bike and ride.

    Adding 10 ( 6.7 on ex bike & 3.3 on foot)! Got rain & heavy snow this morning but it was all melted before my walk after work. It was a muddy walk which meant the poodle had another bath!!!

    Hit the sidewalk as soon as I got home from work. Managed 4.21 miles in an hour then hit the gym for 50 minutes w/our trainer. It was a good day. May tomorrow be as rewarding!!!

    Spring really is trying to make an appearance. We hit 70 yesterday but are back into the 30s for today. Not nearly long enough, but I'm finally getting some energy back, so I'll take all the warmth I can get.

    And on that note, please increase my monthly goal to 45 miles and then mark me down for 25.7 so far? Thanks!!
