Crew!!! I rowed in high school and all through college, I don't get out on the water regularly anymore but I have friends who own a scull so I go up to their lake house when I can over the summer! Miss it alot, might join a rowing club, if only I had the money :)

I just did my first ever juice cleanse!! You have to do it right-make sure you are getting the proper nutrients and think of it as a cleanse more then a fast.
